LOS ANGELES, CA July 22, 2013 – The 150,632-square-foot West Los Angeles property was bought by a joint venture between Ocean West Capital Partners and Westbrook Partners.

12555 Jefferson - Playa Vista, West Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES, CA June 17, 2013 – Downtown L.A. real estate firm Ocean West Capital Partners bought the 89,000-square-foot complex at 12555 Jefferson Blvd. from Dallas developer Lincoln Property Co. and a partner this month.



Ocean West Makes Another Successful Exit:
Westbay Apartments - Costa Mesa, California

COSTA MESA, CA January 1, 2013 – A partnership of the Praedium Group and Ocean West Capital Partners said it has completed the sale of the eightproperty Westbay Portfolio of 295 apartment units for $59.3 million, cashing in more than $12 million profit (25% IRR) after a three-year hold.

TEMECULA, CA December, 20 2012 – A partnership of Westbrook Partners and Ocean West Capital Partners acquired the Acacia Park Apartments, a fully leased 320 units garden style complex with many community amenities and close proximity to several grocery anchored retail centers.

Two California Plaza - Downtown Los Angeles

LOS ANGELES, CA March 28, 2012 – William Howell has been named as receiver for Two California Plaza, a 54 story, 1.4 million square foot, iconic office tower located in downtown Los Angeles. The Property is California's largest single asset real estate receivership in 2012. Mr. Howell has appointed Cushman and Wakefield as exclusive leasing agent for the Tower and Ocean West Management Services as property manager.

LOS ANGELES—February 2011 - Ocean West Capital Partners and affiliates of Square Mile Capital Management LLC have completed the acquisition of the Tribeca West office complex for $58 million. Tribeca West is an eight building, 151,029 square foot, Class A office campus located at 12233 Olympic Boulevard in West Los Angeles. Acquisition financing was provided by Cantor Fitzgerald and arranged by Eastdil Secured.

LOS ANGELES-Santa Monica-based Ocean West Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of an eight-building 295-unit apartment portfolio in Costa Mesa, CA.
