Ocean West's New Assignment: Two California Plaza - Downtown Los Angeles LOS ANGELES, CA March 28, 2012 – William Howell has been named as receiver for Two California Plaza, a 54 story, 1.4 million square foot, iconic office tower located in downtown Los Angeles. The Property is California's largest single asset real estate receivership in 2012. Mr. Howell has appointed Cushman and Wakefield as exclusive leasing agent for the Tower and Ocean West Management Services as property manager.

Acquisition of Tribeca West LOS ANGELES—February 2011 - Ocean West Capital Partners and affiliates of Square Mile Capital Management LLC have completed the acquisition of the Tribeca West office complex for $58 million. Tribeca West is an eight building, 151,029 square foot, Class A office campus located at 12233 Olympic Boulevard in West Los Angeles. Acquisition financing was provided by Cantor Fitzgerald and arranged by Eastdil Secured.

 

	Acquisition of WestBay Apartments LOS ANGELES-Santa Monica-based Ocean West Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of an eight-building 295-unit apartment portfolio in Costa Mesa, CA.
