Ocean West partnered with VEREIT to acquire this property as part of the Diamondback Industrial Portfolio, a six-asset package encompassing 4.8 million square-feet of industrial real estate across five states. This asset is a 1.016 million square-foot industrial fulfillment and distribution center and is the crown jewel of the Saxe Gotha Industrial Park in West Columbia, South Carolina. The building is located conveniently to the I-26 and I-77 freeways, as well as a CSX railroad facility. The property is currently leased to Amazon as a major non-sort facility, generally used to handle larger-sized items, and is used for storage and fulfillment. The property was sold in September 2022.
