FedEx Industrial Building

Ocean West acquired this fully equipped, modern, recently built distribution and fulfillment center in partnership with VEREIT in May of 2019, as part of the Diamondback Industrial Portfolio, a six-asset package encompassing 4.8 million square-feet of industrial real estate across five states. FedEx originally selected the site because of its proximity to road transportation, other local businesses, and potential employees. The west side of the building is equipped with 58 loading docks for semi-trailers, with an additional seven drive-in bays on the east side suitable for delivery vans.  In addition to the 194,325 square feet of distribution area for logistics, the property also has an 8,625-square-foot office space area. The building is fully leased to FedEx through 2030. The company uses the property to support its shipping operations throughout the Milwaukee/Southern Wisconsin area. The property was sold in September 2022.
