Nestlé Industrial Building

Conveniently located near the junction of I-78 and I-476 in Breinigsville, PA, just outside of Allentown, this state-of-the-art distribution facility is a key hub for Nestlé, the largest food and beverage company in the world. Built in 1994, this 1.045 million SF distribution center also supports sister companies Nestlé Waters and Nestlé Purina.  Ocean West acquired this building in partnership with VEREIT as part of the Diamondback Industrial Portfolio, a six-asset package encompassing 4.8 million square-feet of industrial real estate across five states. When the building was acquired, Nestlé had committed to a long-term lease lasting into 2028. The property was sold in September 2022.
