Nine @ Rio

Ocean West closed on the acquisition of Nine@Rio in late 2019, as part of a three-property portfolio that included Nine@West Campus (University of Texas, Austin) and Nine@Tallahassee (Florida State University). Nine@Rio is a 347-bed mid-rise luxury student housing property located less than 0.2 miles from the University of Texas, Austin in the popular West Campus area. The property opened in the fall of 2019 and was 100% preleased by the end of 2018 while the building was still under development. The community offers top-of-market amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness center, clubhouse with study areas, gaming and TV lounge, resort-style pool, and indoor golf simulator.
